Not a bad night's sleep and up at 6:30am to head to the airport. I called ahead to Blue Water Divers and they were able to delay our first dive so we wouldn't miss it.
Coffee and banana bread ($12!) for breakfast. And then to the Caicos Express Airways twin-engine plane. Only one other passenger and they asked if Will wanted to co-pilot.
Landed and met Jack, of Jack's Taxi, who took us to Crabtree Apts #3. A phone call to the owner to get the code to the key box (doh!), and we unloaded.
Within 30 mins Nathanial of Blue Water drove up in their pickup and took us to the shop to get our gear.
We dove Tunnels first. Will had ear trouble between 20-35 feet descending from the boat. Seemed to settle down and we stayed at/above 40' for the duration.
After Tunnels we went to Chief Minister's North. The dive seemed to go better for Will.
We showered and rode bikes to Cee's Market. Nice store but high prices and cash only. Came home with our small bounty (Reese's Pieces, milk, Raisin Bran, Fruity Cheerios and some juice).
Hung for a while and then walked north in search of dinner.
Will in front of the old Salt Raker Inn.
I think the room that we stayed in!
Ended up at the Secret Garden for dinner. I had conch and Will had chicken schnitzel (and hard ginger beer).
